• A limit of £20.00 for members claiming Expenditure without prior Committee approval.
• Refunds to members unable to attend outings will normally be made although if this may be refused if the member fails to attend an outing an outing without giving prior notice unless due to a sudden illness or family emergency (to be agreed)
• There is a limit of £150.00 (including travel) to be paid to any guest speaker without prior committee approval with a ceiling of £1000.00 per year in total. If that is reached or is likley to be reached thenthe personresponsible for arranging speakers should advise the committee. ( passed 7 March 23)
• Coach Drivers will be given tip of £50.00 taken out of the payments mafe by those attending (Passed October 25)
• Members may claim up to 45p per mile for travel on approved group business ,
• Printing costs for u3a business should be reimbursed at the rate of 10p per side of A4 colour print and 5p per side of A4 black and while print. (Passed November 2023)
