Sometimes members will find it necessary to cancel a booking.

Slough u3a will always do their best to resell any returned tickets.

However:-
To qualify for a refund, members must give AT LEAST one week’s notice to cancel their place on any trip in order to allow time for someone else to buy the ticket. 

It may not always possible to issue a 100% refund, or any refund at all, depending on the constraints put upon Slough u3a by third parties and if it is possible to resell the ticket(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: All requests for a refund must be made in the first instance to the Outings Team.. The treasurer is NOT able to authorise refunds.

Exceptions to these rules may be made in the case of serious illness or death.
