Steve Hutchinson

Using audio visual material – as well as live music – singer songwriter Steve Hutchinson describes how his mid-life crisis led him to create Britain’s first Moody Blues tribute band – what happens when you meet your heroes! And the best piece of advice he was given by a music legend! Steve will also sing a few of his own songs and reveal the ups and downs of following your dreams…

Steve Hutchinson started his music career later than most - 50 to be precise! But he's been making up for lost time, fronting the UK's premier Moody Blues tribute band for 7 years and, since 2014, releasing 5 solo albums, 4 ‘Camel Thieves’ EPs and one ‘Polar4’ album - with 'HONESTY AND CHOCOLATE' his latest to be released NOW in 2025!

Described by Moody Blues Legend Ray Thomas as having "a great voice", Steve is that rare combination - a singer who will touch your heart with songs that will stir your soul. With a personal background full of surprises and a story to inspire you, an afternoon with Steve is certain to be entertaining!
