The Outings Group is made up of a small group of members who meet regularly to organise Outings and Trips for Slough u3a. Check out the listings below to see what is in store.
PARKING FOR OUTINGS - Please contact the organiser to make sure you understand the terms and conditions regarding parking at Upton Court Park for our trips and outings.
Recently the Outings Team have arranged trips to Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, Eton College, The Spy walk in London, Blenheim Palace, a Runymede boat trip and a visit to Brighton amongst others, with trips to Chartwell , Bletchley Park , Windsor and Eton Brewery and a visit to Winchester for their Christmas market. Where possible we try to include a walk alongside the trips and invite the Windsor Ramblers to join us although these walks are by no means compulsory and many of us just enjoy the coach ride!
MOST trips/outings are oversubscribed so please book early to ensure your place. Normally The Outings Team will send notifications inviting members to book events as soon as they are available.
NON MEMBERS: Due to the popularity of our Outings , we have decided to initially ONLY take U3A members and Windsor & District rambler members. The coach quickly fills up with just members. IF there is any space then members can bring one guest, but on one occasion only.

NON MEMBERS: Please Note:
ONLY ONE "taster" trip/outing per non-member is permitted - any subsequent trip(s) will require full membership of Slough U3A this is a requirement imposed by our insurance.,
and the Non-member will need to pay an additional 20% surcharge to cover our costs and insurance..
Booking forms are emailed to Sloughu3a Members - and are included on the what's on page of the website when available. These give full details of the outing concerned and instructions regarding payment.
